“Outta Your League” is a mainstream song that wants to reach the radio listening audience. The challenge was to present this visually, to make things as good as possible.
In the creative process, we tried as much as possible to involve the two artists, Bruno Rex and Abi F, Jones. We wanted their vision for this project, and they were delighted, so everyone’s work was much more accessible.
We presented them with ideas we had started; they liked it and decided on a happy, funky, fresh topic. Initially, the video had a different color palette and more animated elements in the background. Still, Bruno Rex came up with the idea of keeping pink as the primary color and using fewer graphic animations, an idea we agreed with.
Our collaborators and artists were very satisfied with the final result, and the song got 50,000 views on YouTube; considering that Bruno Rex is not a famous artist, the result is quite good.
